Session:  TBA

Jenn Little is the Founder and Managing Director of Insource, the AI-powered talent-intelligence platform built specifically for Australian and New Zealand law firms. With a background as a specialist legal headhunter, Jenn witnessed firsthand the escalating recruitment and retention challenges faced by small and mid-sized firms—rising costs, intense competition from larger firms, and a shrinking pool of specialist lawyers available on demand.

She created Insource to give firms the choice to bring their recruitment function in-house for a fraction of the time and cost of traditional recruitment methods. Insource gives firms direct visibility of the complete talent pool of Australian and New Zealand lawyers and provides insights about the movement and composition of the legal talent to inform firms’ talent sourcing, retention, succession, and growth strategies.  Insource enables firms to reduce their reliance on traditional recruiters and directly source the best lawyers for their hiring needs faster.  Last year alone, Insource saved firms more than $2 million in recruitment spend.

At LawBizCon 2026, Jenn will share practical insights on how firms can win the war for talent by leveraging technology to overcome recruitment barriers, compete with bigger players, and scale sustainably. She will also highlight real examples of firms using Insource to find better candidates faster, strengthen retention, and grow with confidence.

Alongside her work in legal tech, Jenn is also a trained and accomplished opera singer and serves as a Trustee of the Wellington Opera Trust and committee member of WALTA (Women of Australian Legal Technology Association).
