Despite his efforts, he encountered a “glass ceiling” in his businesses, struggling to expand and sell his enterprises. These challenges led to profound introspection and a quest for deeper business understanding.

Rohan’s turning point came when he realized the importance of a strategic approach to business. He learned the hard way the significance of having a workable EXIT strategy and being prepared. Over 18 years, he honed his skills, buying, building, and selling nine businesses in 16 years. His experiences led to a deep understanding of market dynamics and the importance of knowledge in successful business exits.

After selling his last business and taking a sabbatical at an MBA school, Rohan developed the EXITGuy, a platform designed to assist business owners in maximising their business value. This venture is not just about selling businesses but about enabling owners to exit on their terms, with a focus on knowledge transfer and measurable improvements.
